PRODUCT INFORMATION
The olive groves of Το περβόλι του Θεόδωρου consist mainly of ‘Koroneiki’ varieties, and the olive trees were planted in the 80s and 90s. From 2008 until today, they are free of chemical sprays and fertilizers. Since 2015, the company joins the system for quality control and transformation of farms from conventional to organic. Olive oil is extracted directly from olives and is processed extremely mechanically. The early harvest is from October 12 to December 12.
